PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND MAILING

The personal data of users/clients including, as appropriate, their e-mail addresses, provided to FUNDACIÓ PRIVADA CREAFUTUR (hereafter CREAFUTUR) will be recorded in its files for the management of precontractual and contractual relationships – or even once these have been extinguished - between CREAFUTUR and its users/clients, as well as for the provision of its own services related to this, including the possibility of sending or transmitting any information, surveys or offers, which may or may not be personalised, about its products.

The client will be informed of the compulsory nature of answers to questions asked in order to obtain data when this is necessary for the purposes indicated above, without which the offers, contracts, surveys or information about products and services cannot be provided.

Clients expressly agree to the processing of the data incorporated into CREAFUTUR's files, and the foundation controls it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 15/99, 13 December. The right to access, correct, cancel or challenge data included in this Act may be exercised by e-mail addressed to info@creafutur.com or in writing to:
