Generally, Users may access the Website freely and without charge. However, Creafutur reserves the right, in accordance with current legislation, to limit access to certain areas of the website which are considered private.

DURATION AND MODIFICATION
The Foundation reserves the right to modify and / or update the terms and conditions set forth on this Website, as well as its contents, so that the validity of these terms is limited to the period in which they are published.
APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
For any controversy or claim arising from or relating to these terms of use, CREAFUTUR and the User shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the registered user. In the event of the user residing outside Spain, CREAFUTUR and the user shall be subject to the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared unlawful, void or unenforceable by court order, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
