The conclusions of the book "Social habits and NICTs: Trends" written by Creafutur, were presented at the Breakfast organised by 22@Barcelona, held at the Torres Mapfre on 26th of March.

This publication, issued by the Barcelona Metropolitan Strategic Plan, forms part of the strategic collection in order to compile the best of the conference organised with the collaboration of the Catalan Regional Science Association, the Barcelona Metropolitan Strategic Plan, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and the Telefònica –UPC Chair. The purpose of this publication is to draw attention to trends in uses and services concerning information and communication technologies.

The book is intended to be a reflection on the new uses of these technologies and how they are incorporated into the everyday habits of people and businesses; how the new technologies are integrated into the life and economy of an area and how these new technologies offer businesses opportunities to better adapt to the challenges of the future.
